Hi Riverview! My name's Gabby and I'm new here! I was in New York before. The one with the superheroes. And now I'm here! Unfortunately, I think I lost all my stuff? And my caseworker kind of freaked out when I gave her the list, so maybe you guys can help me!

I'm missing my MAC-10 machine pistols, nunchucks and knuckle busters. Anyone knows where to get those? Oh, and a proper bullet proof suit.

It's hard to miss something you've never had.

[ gabby felt pain briefly once. it sucked but it didn't leave a lasting impression. she knows, deep down, that not having it robbed her of all the things that made her more . . . normal.

Well, I mean it sucks too, but it sucks for a reason. Pain is there as a signal that something isn't right with your body, that you've injured it or whatever.

Not knowing would be scary for me, probably because I've always had it.

Yeahhhh, I've never had it? So to me, it just sucks.

I can definitely see how it both sucks and would be a bonus.

What's a food restriction?

It's like if you can't have a food for some reason. Like you're allergic to it, or have some other reason why you can't eat it, like an ethical one if your vegan or vegetarian or whatever.

Ohhh, right. That's a thing.

[ gabby considers this before shaking her head. ]

Nope! Honestly, I just eat a lot.

Yeah it is, and I want to be ready for anything. Wouldn't be a great first birthday party ever if someone gets something their allergic too and they need to be sent to the hospital.

[That would suck, and she doesn't want any more trauma for Laura.]

How much is a lot?
