It seems someone felt it appropriate to put some sort of concoction in my tea. While not completely debilitating I find the results, irritating.

I'd appreciate it if someone happened to know exactly what idiotic concoction of the month is supposed to cause color blindness. Complete color blindness.

[There's a grumble after a few seconds.]

Because of course, this place would do something this stupid.

And she goes over to make both of them a cup of tea. Double blinds and all of that.]

[Well, there was a reason that she didn't say it. Setting the cup in front of him, made how he likes it, Alex holds onto her own, also made how he likes it. Because it's important to make sure that things are the same and all of that. Even if it's got too much sugar in it.]

How do you want to do it? On three or one at a time?

[He knows what this is implying, and while he can't deny that he loves Alex and she loves him, he can deny that this stupid liquid can tell that.]

[Giving him a smile (and hoping that someone hadn’t gotten into his actual tea) leaves, Alex turned around and closed her eyes like it would effect the data before she started to count down.]
