Hello, everyone.

I don't really know if anyone is celebrating Halloween next month, but if you are then please let me know. I'd especially be interested in helping out if anyone wants to work on a haunted house. I think it's great there's a holiday that celebrates things that are common in my world, and I want to be a part of it.

On a somewhat related note, I could use some help making something for my boyfriend. I'd like someone who can play an instrument, but if you're good at building things then that can work, too. Thanks.

It'll depend on how many rooms there are to use, but yes, we are definitely having monsters and ghosts. And some ambient lighting and noises, obviously. Should we get a fog machine?

[ And far be it from Jim to ever try and talk him out of that. ]

Oh, absolutely. Go big or go home. And I can help find us a house just for a couple of days.

Any ideas on what you're dressing up as yet?

[jolting]

One or two, and none of them are "me". Not even alternate versions of me. I'll probably steer clear from dressing like anyone from Storybrooke, actually.

[winscenario]

[ He huffs a chuckle, pouting a little. ]

Aw, and here I thought we could do Prince Charming and Snow White.

[jolting]

[He makes a face] I know you're just joking about that. Though maybe Lucy will want to dress up as one of them.

[winscenario]

Hey, I could probably pull off a dress.

[ Yes yes he knows, Snow White doesn't always wear a dress. ]

I don't see why she can't. She'd look pretty cute as Charming, don't you think?

[jolting]

You absolutely could. Just don't pull it off while dressing as someone I once slept with, okay?

[He chuckles] Absolutely. Henry's book has lots of pictures we can use as costume references, so it wouldn't be too hard to get the costume right.

[winscenario]

Alright, fair enough. [ He smiles sheepishly. ]

Oh, I know what he could dress as! Do you know the Addams Family?

[jolting]

Yeah, I've seen the television show. [A smile spreads out] Please tell me you're going to be Gomez.

[winscenario]

[ His lips quirk in a lopsided grin. ] Well, I figured you'd be Gomez, but if you wanna be Morticia... don't let me stop you.

[jolting]

[He blinks, a bit startled] You think I can pull off Gomez? That's, um... Actually, yeah. Good idea.

[winscenario]

Of course you can pull off Gomez. [ He chuckles, lifting a shoulder. ] Do you think I can pull off Morticia? Long dress, black hair, red lips...?

[jolting]

[He smirks, brushing a finger across his lip where a mustache would be if he had one]

Honestly, the image in my head is pretty sexy, so yeah. I think you can pull that off.

[winscenario]

Thank you, darling. [ He winks. ] I'll have to make sure I find a really good costume. Or have one tailor-made for me. For you... we'll need a really sexy striped suit.

[jolting]

I love how you're getting into the spirit... cara mia. [He grins, winks back]

[winscenario]

[ He laughs, lifting a hand up to his own forehead. ] Oh, swoon. I can hardly wait for it.

[jolting]

[He chuckles, his expression softening] Same here. You know this would be the first time I've celebrated anything even loosely based on my world? I'm really excited about it.

[winscenario]

Yeah? Good. I've never really celebrated Halloween before either, so it'll be a first for the both of us.

[jolting]

Great. That makes it even better.

[winscenario]

I'm definitely looking forward to it.

Did you ever celebrate Christmas, back home?

[jolting]

Not in Storybrooke, but we did back in my home world. The last one wasn't the best memory. I'll be glad to share a much better one with you.

[winscenario]

Me too. People don't really celebrate Christmas anymore, back in my world, but... I love it. Ugly sweaters and all.

[jolting]

Ugly sweaters? I don't know that tradition. At home, we just had a tree and exchanged gifts.

[winscenario]

Oh, this was a 21st century thing. You see it all over the movies, so it must've been a pretty big tradition. Just people wearing these... big, ugly, tacky Christmas-themed sweaters. Some of them even have blinking lights, or music. And they can match. It's terrible.

[ He sounds too excited for something that's "terrible" but okay. ]

[jolting]

Yeah, that sounds pretty awful. But... I would wear one for you.
