If it gave away literally anything about her, she wouldn't have opted to share it, but she's a quick study as far as adaptation goes, and she kept her mouth well and truly shut on anything of import.]

it's all relative i'd say. by that stroke the wealth of one's experiences still drastically outweighs someone who's lived less regardless of 'grown up' status.

what do you do for birthdays? is the age significant to the celebration?

me specifically, or the culture whence i hail? because i'm not much for them myself, but the place i'm from celebrates all birthdays in a month at the midpoint of said month, so there's a lovely little festival and everyone received a stipend from the government, and everyone born in that month get that day off. :)

getting there! but yeah mostly it's just lots of baby steps for a long time and then sometimes really big steps but not usually

last century or two has been absolutely fucking insane, though, with how fast everything has changed one thing right after the other
