To those who are interested, a mission has been issued to take care of the chalice currently stuck in the portal. I've formulated a plan, but I require assistance.
[In the video feed, Tieria addresses the network with a serious expression. Though he thinks the whole situation with the chalice is ridiculous, he's still choosing to involve himself. He's been restless from too much free time and too little direction since he arrived, so when given the chance to do something familiar and productive, it's only natural for him to take it.]
There are two apparent options: destroy it, or push it back through the portal. Taako claims that only a god can destroy it, so unless one is present, our most likely option is to send it back.
It is unknown how much force, or even what kind, is needed to accomplish that. Based on what we do know, I propose we try two separate attempts, one with kinetic force and one with magic, to see if the chalice responds to either. I have the kinetic approach covered, though I need a Parameter Guard that isn't in training to supervise. For the magical approach...
[He's still coming to terms with the fact that magic even exists, but trying to deny it will only impede the mission.]
Since there isn't any magic where I'm from, someone trained in that subject is needed to cover that part of the operation.
Contact me if you are able to help.

[It's the last part that really catches his attention; with no way to monitor either object himself, he's left with using trial and error to try and send it back. But if she could provide not only an analysis, but a live analysis, it could improve their chance of success and expedite the whole mission.]
That, and I'd also like you to be present at each attempt in order to provide data. As I mentioned, our knowledge is limited and I'm unsure what kind of force would work best, so any input you could provide would be invaluable.

[ And isn't that a bizarre idea. A world without magick -- just what sort of world would that be? It's not something she can quite wrap her head around given her own understanding of reality. Magick is. How can it not be when everything is? ]
Keep me appraised of scheduled efforts and that should be no issue. Has anyone put forward any solutions you think might be viable?
[ She hopes so if only for the sake of those affected. ]
I am Líadan Ní Donnabháin, by the way, and you are...?

[The introduction is succinct, with none of her pleasantries returned.]
It's considered a manifestation of someone's strong will, or something like that. It's strictly theoretical so I haven't paid much attention to it, but I don't think anyone would classify telekinesis as magical.
[It isn't the notion of telekinesis that interests him, but the difference in perspective between his world and hers. It's one of the few times a shared concept has had this kind of reaction.]
I'm still finalizing details, but I've been pitched a few ideas that have potential; at the very least, they're worth trying. Hopefully more people will come forward offering to help if those don't pan out.

[ If that doesn't have her leaning just slightly forward to take a good look at him. The name is familiar to her certainly, but she hadn't expected to hear it from anyone's lips save her own should she be asked to name her world. ]
I don't think it's so different. Magick, too, is an assertion of one's will. The expression might be different from reality to reality, though. I think.
[ She thinks if only because she's seen some magick done differently than how she is accustomed since arriving in Quarantine, and there's another thought.
]
Hopefully. You don't sound terribly new to this sort of thing either.

[The sudden interest throws his guard up. It's the first time anyone outside of Celestial Being has shown a hint of recognition at his name, which is as it should be; as far as the world should be concerned, "Tieria Erde" didn't exist.
Even though she's from an entirely different reality and it's impossible that she knows anything, his training is too deeply ingrained, and his responses become clipped and reticent. ]
Mission planning is part of my job duties. Back home, that is.

[ She isn't entirely certain what to make of his sharing that name with her planet. Different realities open the door to endless possibilities. She's seen some measure of that during her time here. It's odd to think it might be a coincidence, but then, it's odd to think there might be some deeper connection.
Still, she doesn't quite miss the change in how he answers her. It isn't quite enough to stifle her curiosity, however, because she honestly wants to know what sort of person she's dealing with. She's met her fair share of people who would just as soon talk a resolution into existence than set foot outside to make that resolution into reality and she has a preference in her dealings. ]
Do you actively participate in their execution as well or do you hold strictly to an advisory role?
