I've talked about this with a few of you, but I wanted to make a public announcement just in case someone I haven't spoken to yet was interested in going.

I'm going to take a team with me out to the abandoned city to scavenge for a spaceship. If I've talked with you about it before, you're still invited. If I haven't talked to you yet, now's your chance. I'll message everyone soon with a date and time.

Great! And sort of. I was a pilot back home. I miss being out in space. I'd like to just take a trip around the moon, see where we are.

If this moon's got anything salvageable on it, putting it back in working order should be an easy job.

You think? You have experience with repairing ships?

Loads.

I've built spaceships from rubbish heaps before. And they must've worked quite well, 'cause I'm still alive.

Wow, really? That's amazing! I'm impressed. I'd be more than happy to have you on board with the team I'm trying to build. Name's Poe Dameron.

I'm the Doctor.

What sort of pilot are you, Poe?

I piloted starships! Fighter class, mostly, but I can fly anything. I'm highly talented — the words "once in a generation" may have been used.

Oh, I like that. No false modesty from you.

Enough people have told me as much that I figure there's no use denying it. But don't worry, if we can get anything up in the air, you'll see plenty, Doctor. [wait, let him go back a few steps and process that...] Just Doctor, huh?
