I get the whole universes aren't the same thing, I just don't get what could have changed so much she'd do something like that. Things weren't always great, but still still cared in the end.

She couldn't wait until after we were married to try and take all my money. But good on her for not trying to live up to her name in your world.

You were going to marry her and she pulled a gun on you? That's horrible. She wasn't exactly *nice* in my world, but she was a good person. She was an Avenger, she saved people.

That Widow Ops program? She saved me from it when I was nine. SHIELD might not have been great, but it wasn't what that place was.

She saved plenty of people, but that doesn't mean she wasn't playing a long con. Spies do anything to get to their mark and she was meant to be the best.

That's a hard point to argue.

I get why you don't trust me. But, I took the name not because I wanted to be her, but because I wanted to be better than her. She's a spy- the best spy- but that doesn't always mean good for people. I want to be a hero. To actually help people.
