Just had a little mishap with a spell, been a while since I'd cast that one and I forgot the range on it. Ended up catching my own ass in half of it.

[That's a total fucking lie, but he doesn't want anyone to worry, and he definitely doesn't want anyone to know that he lost his cool and did a bunch of really dumb shit. Saying he fucked up a spell is a lot less of a bruise to his ego.]
