Does anyone know what Ghouls are? Do they exist in your world? Do they exist here?

People don't like the idea there are creatures who eat people. They don't like that they might be here, or that someone is related to them.

It's just better if nobody knows who I am.

It's better than to be chased after and having someone tried to hurt you. Or worse.
