It pans around for a minute, and then Dany appears, clothes and hair immaculate as those who've since met her may be accustomed to seeing by now. The expression on her face is cool out of habit, though her head is tilted, indicating that she's open to conversing, and curious. )

Prior to my arrival here, I cannot say there has been a single occasion upon which I've had to prepare or cook my own food. Not even when we crossed a desert.

( And then her expression twists, pinching into something remotely sheepish and rueful. )

Would that it were otherwise. I'm no great talent with this oven or stove; nor even with wood and flame. But I would know what sort of dishes you favoured back home, and if you might share toe recipes for them, if you know them.

—other than honeyed locusts, anyway. ( If they're to someone else's taste, fine; but yuck. ) I intend to learn.

At home, yes: I am Queen of the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros. ( She pauses a moment and then amends: ) Six. My king holds the North.

( Here, well; she's not sure what she is. Her skillset is best when applied to leadership. What she can grasp and understand — and agree with is that she has a lot to learn. To Ed's assertion on the matter, Dany merely nods her head. It says as more perhaps than words might convey. )

That may be, but I believe I'm able to retain any lesson I might receive in cooking with either an oven or stove.

( Though she does lighten her features in response to his smile. )
