If anyone has been contacted by Poe Dameron about being turned into a bird...

He is fine. He is well. For the time being. [deleted]

I'm taking care of it...

And I truly do apologize for his...excitement, for lack of a better term.

If anyone is upset, just contact me directly.

Thank you.

It was not an entire world, but a bay, ringed by cities in which the wealthy few profited off the back of their slave trade. ( She speaks of it in the past tense, because she put a stop to that and stamped it out. ) No. It is nothing short of barbarity.

No more than a few months, before he'll begin to grow. A little more with each passing year. His brothers are six now, if that helps to envision how quickly they can become so large.

Yes; he lives on the same floor of the building as Jon and I. ( She smiles a little. ) He was overwhelmed by this place, I think.

Good. The evil in our world cannot be allowed to continue existing, no matter if we reside there any longer, or elsewhere.

I couldn't gaze into their eyes and do nothing. Even had my brother not sold me like a broodmare, it would have ended the same. They're free now, as you are.

( Those among the Masters who'd continuously opposed her will have been dispensed with. Whoever is left alive will either abide by it or die. )

They aren't. Not yet. Drogon and Rhaegal, black and green, respectively. ( If there's a monster problem now, there likely wouldn't be in a world with four dragons. At least not in the immediate vicinity. )

We've been living on the third for some weeks now. Your friend — he's the companion of the little fellow who speaks in numbers, isn't he? I mean the one who was turned into a bird.

Yes. Only dragonglass and a certain sort of steel can destroy them otherwise.

For what he believed was owed him: an army, and the iron throne. A golden crown. The lattermost was what he received; pity he didn't survive it.

( This woman's fury is beautiful; and on her behalf, too. Years, she's spent inspiring others to believe in themselves, to seize to freedom they'd been born entitled to. Yet it's still something to behold when someone empathizes with her enough to feel something so strongly.

It endears this woman to her, and why not? They're both survivors. )

I don't think; I believe. If my king and I can be so, so might my dragons. ( Her eyes regard Rey with mild amusement. ) There is an entire jungle full of game, so I've heard.

The cheerful little fellow—I remember, he wanted your friend to teach me to speak his language.

And yes. What we have is what we have, and I won't stand for anything less than a victory against such filth as the dead risen again.

My first husband poured molten gold over his head. He'd threatened to do foul things to me. ( To her unborn son, which she could not and never will forgive. ) And he broke the law by baring a blade in Vaes Dothrak; bearing weapons is forbidden to all within the city. He found the Dothraki people savage and inferior, and believed he could do as he wished and where he wished it. Life is seldom so kind, as he learned to his sorrow.

( But not hers. He was her brother. Part of her will always bear affection for him, and long for the boy he'd been once. Before their servants had run off with all their meager gold, before Ser Willem Darry had taken ill and died. But who he'd become once twisted by bitterness, humiliation and disappointment was not someone she cares to miss. She sits straighter, now, canting her head forward in a short nod. ) More than I'd ever thought and not entirely in the way I'd imagined.

If by that you mean some might think of slaying them for glory or some-such: they would not be met with any kindness from me. But I can say that I had all three of them residing upon an island not so long past, and no complaints were brought before me. They decimated no herds, nor killed any people. That was different, of course when they were a bit younger, and more rebellious.

( Dany can't fight. But the lure of what lies beyond the perimeter is becoming a song in her blood; a need to be free in some capacity, to not be enclosed on all side by walls again.

She sighs, and relaxes her posture a little bit. )

Thank you for that, I'll have a care to remember it.

I know we will: but your confidence is most heartening, my friend. In your case as well, whatever this great evil is, I think you will triumph. When there is no other option other than success or death, one's motivation is significantly bolstered.

It wasn't precisely those traits: he was cruel. He threatened the life of my unborn child, after he'd been a cur to me from my sixth year until his last. I haven't once shed tears over the matter, and I never will.

( She'd lost both her husband and son in the end, too. But Viserys had well-earned the fate he'd been dealt. He could have married himself into the Dothraki instead, and it wouldn't have mattered. They never would have followed anyone so weak. A thing which she can clearly see Rey is not. No more than she herself might be deemed.

A faint smile crosses her face briefly, and then disappears. )

They are as my children, you see. A mother will only think the best of them unless they give her cause to discipline them. They have terrified others, but by and large those who have deserved it. That one little girl—no, she won't think of it. ( Drogon grew out of that behaviour, and Viserion will learn to know better. ) If approached with respect, they might be touched. They're intelligent creatures, but wild all the same. I don't blame anyone for being afraid; but such would render things worse for all involved.

When a predator senses fear, it may associate one with prey. I don't ever wish for that to be the case.

( Not like that. Never again. Dany nods her head in turn, acknowledging their mutual understanding. )

Yes, although we have others to fight for. That should help ensure that we keep a cool head about things, yes?
