[When Thor switches the camera on, it's momentarily engulfed by his face before he sits himself back. Now that the frame isn't obscured, it's apparent that he's not the only one there. Both Lokis, Angela and Sif sit either side of him, all situated around a booth at some sort of diner.

Thor, naturally, is the first to start talking.]

It has come to light in one way or another that we could be considered Gods. [He's keeping it vague on purpose.] It is true, in a sense, that we are are not unlike higher beings. We are not mortals and we have powers and abilities beyond what many would be considered normal. The myths and the legends, however, are not precisely true.

[He just wanted to clear that up.] As such, we thought it would be prudent to offer our services in times of need. For missions or protections, we can be of use in many situations. You need only ask.

[He says we, but he largely means I.

Angela, for her part, doesn't look as opposed to the idea as she probably could.]

I will add that I will require payment for my services, but that can be negotiated at a later time.

[ She glances around the table at her siblings as if daring them to counter her.

The younger Loki leans into shot, finger raised. ]

Should you require an actual god, we come in that flavour too.

[ He noticed the chalice's entry early on without much difficulty after all. ]

You sense magical objects?

If they are powerful enough, yes. I most likely can.

So based on your abilities, you're saying there's no way anyone else is getting out of here?

[ Hmm. ]

I have yet to meet someone stronger than me in terms of magic. So for now, the answer is yes.

Have you tried to get out of here on your own?

[ yeah, she might be asking what not to do.]

Not yet. I will make the attempt once I am sure it will work. Portal magic is dangerous. You need certainty.

That would sound perfectly reasonable if we weren't stuck here in the meantime.

[ But if Loki were to try and not calculate his odds for success, he'll create a disaster. And while he does not care for Riverview, he's not keen on being blamed for the problems that might arise. ]

I've just... been through a lot of portals. Sometimes accidentally, sometimes on purpose.

I always found my way back home.

Your reality might be close to other intersections, allowing for portals to occur naturally and with a little boost.

But assumptions about portals, no matter how much you may know is still dangerous.

Well, being stuck here when I'm needed at home is dangerous, too.

My reality supposedly doesn't have magic beyond the town I live in. And even that was yanked out of another world.

Maybe, but as the person tricked into unleashing it, I can only work with what I know.

How do you even unleash magic? Was it in a bottle?

There was a vessel, in a dragon. I guess whatever was in it summoned magic from the other world to mine.

The point is, I know magic is a risk. I've already taken those.

[ so all this talk of her thinking she's gonna pull a rabbit out of her hat, a little unnecessary when she's fought dragons and traveled through portals.]

I'd assume my magic follows the rules of the world I was born in.
