What are the birthday traditions on your home planets?

[ jyn hasn't celebrated a birthday in something like... fifteen years so to say she's out of practice would be a gross understatement. she tells herself this is cultural anthropology, her mother would be proud. TIME TO LEARN, time to attempt to live like a normal human being... ]

Figured you were curious and smart--but why all of a sudden on birthday traditions? I mean, unless it's been on your mind for a while.

Oh. Are you thinking of doing something in private--for you and him, or something like a small party?

[Because..best to ask. Those two have been through a lot, so she would think Jyn may want to do...something romantic-ish? Or maybe something extra nice for Cassian?]

If I threw him a party, I don't think he'd be friends with me anymore.

But maybe a few people anyway.
