I have a feeling I am not the only one, but I feel like death warmed over. Whatever this is is really annoying and pretty much nothing helps. I think I've hit the point of exhaustion where I just can't sleep anymore.

[In the background there's the sound of one of the lions, purring very close to the phone]

[There's a very audible huff and the metallic sound of the lion stalking away]

It's a difficult virus to diagnose since everyone seems to exhibit different symptoms, but yeah. If you have it, you need to go.

[And he happens to be talking to someone who has a decided dislike for hospital like settings, especially if he's the patient. He'll tell other people to go, but he doesn't want to go himself. Let's see how this goes]

Viruses don't really have a cure right? So it will be the same whether I'm here or at the hospital.

[there's an audible sigh. minsu's been told that most sicknesses like this pass, that in just a few days he should (hopefully) start feeling better. he just can't imagine it right now.]

Yeah, that is worst part. My teammate is worrying about me. My dog is wondering why I can't take him running. And the lions are just behaving weird.

[Keith wasn't going to bother asking him how he felt at this point. Though, navigating around two robotic Lions who seemed pretty insistent that Keith needed to stay away from Shiro with this illness was proving interesting.]

[Yeah asking Shiro how he felt was silly at this point. He pretty much had been sitting on the couch for a few days bundled up and wearing a medical style mask to try and keep Keith from getting sick. Youta came and went from snuggling with him to try and make him feel better, but Black was pretty much constantly around him.

Too bad they didn't know why the lions were so insistent on keeping them at a distance.

I think my medication has worn off. Can you grab some more?

[Pain meds. Anything to try and not feel miserable]

[Keith made a face at the overzealous Lion between them and then headed off to find what he needed. It didn't take him long.]

Geeze, Black. Come on. I need to get close enough to give him the pills and the water.

[Black practically huffed at him, but didn't move. His eyes were still locked on Keith. It was probably a little creepy]

I guess you can set them on the coffee table. I'll get them from there.

[It wasn't that far of a reach, but it seemed further than it was at the moment. For some reason though, they seemed to be blocking Keith from handing stuff to Shiro or vice versa. There was no issue with it being set down first and then picked up by the other.

Youta kept his head in Shiro's lap, tail wagging and thumping against the couch as Keith came closer again]

I wonder what's gotten into them. They weren't acting like this before.

I can only imagine. You'd been in such good health, what with all those runs I saw you out on. Seems to me like everyone who fell ill would only recover quickly if they'd started out as you had. Well and strong and all that.

Yeah, there doesn't seem to be any reason for it. Normally being in shape means things don't hit you as hard. This one basically knocked me flat in a day. I really wonder what it is that something could do that.

They could eat metal, but then again it would really only be crushing it. No, I didn't. They were built by the Alteans. Usually they are much, much bigger than this, but they shrunk coming here.
